A collection of stills and lavender curiosities

Craftsmanship, growing methods and distillation techniques are brought to life through a carefully curated display of over 350 authentic pieces. The exhibition features every generation of lavender stills, a Garnier wheel for solvent distillation, retorts, polarimeters, and a remarkable collection of perfume bottles and labels from Grasse and beyond, dedicated to fine lavender.

Each object in this true lavender conservatory is original and was once fully operational, reflecting the ingenuity of past generations. Most of the stills come from Vaucluse and the Alpes-de-Haute-Provence.

Visitors can choose a guided tour or explore independently with an audio guide. In summer, daily guided tours are available. If you add a workshop to your visit, please check the activity schedule to enjoy the smoothest experience.
